muthu cWe are residing in Fortuna Krrish...Builder has delivered whatever they have promised may be some few months delay but we are staying very comfortable here.When they make a huge project of 150 apartments it is obvious few customers will have some few issues.Why unnecessary spoiling the name of the projects with silly silly issues.Builder will only build the project and deliver to us maintaining a good name of our residential community is our responsibilities. if you have issue with builder go and discuss your problems for resolving your issues at builder issues. Writing your review here at online space will not resolve your issuse. I am happy became relative to other builder where my friends have booked in term of quality and money spent, I have got for better housing society.

Saravana VDont buy Fortuna properties, the owners are bullies. They will promise everything in the start but fulfill nothing. Selling flat saying it is ready to move but will take years to handover.

aditya raisinghBuilders did not delivered what they promised After doing much review all around the Hormavu area finally I got stucked with two projects in kalkare out of which I liked Fortuna Krrish the most. I went and saw 3 Fortuna Constructions Completed projects also and got satisfied also. I have meet Raghvendra at site who convinced me in all way to book the Project and he has given me best rate even. I booked the flat in the month of September 2016 and he promised me that my flat will be delivered by December 2016. I was in coordination with their site engineers and office staff for getting my flat ready soon as I have to take the possession early. But my flat was delivered to me so late by March 2017, 3months . I have to suffer a lot in this 3month that nobody can understand the pain which I have undergone. False promises by builders.

Radiant EnterprisesVery good apartment for residence in horamavu We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in fortuna krrish at hormavu for our emplyees residence. I am completely satisfied with this flat because I like the facilities provided by them. Especially no common wall in between apartments. I like it, because privacy is importent factor. Amenities is good and price is also average. Totally this apartment is one of the best budget apartment in horamavu.
