Really Good VALUE FOR MONEY...the location is superb with all important things within striking distance (Shopping Mall, Hospitals, Schools etc.). The appartment is maintained very nicely by the residents association. Good Place to Live.

Carpet area is quit good...network issue....in some flats sunlight is not coming...no greenery...good library, swimming pool, party hall and gim.

Closer to ITPL. Not much amenities. Has swimming pool and small play for kids. No open space. Quality of construction materials are not good.
