Venu MahadasaStay away from this furniture shop. He is a cheater. He will charge for a teak wood furniture but uses country wood. I have ordered Teak Wood Sofa and Dining Table from this shop. We realized later that we used dark polish on a country wood. The sofa and dining table started giving cracks and bends.

swati mahajanWe purchased a 6 seater Sofa and center table from LG in Dec 2015. When they arrived we found that Center table had cracks, so we refused to accept it. We asked them to send a non defective piece of center table which they refused asking us to pick up the item ourselves. So we had to let it go. Within 1 month of using the sofa, the stiches came out. The threads between the cushions started coming out. Since we were told it has a 1 year warranty, we called them. They asked for pictures which we provided. Finally, they accepted there is an issue and told us that repair person will be send next week. Guess what? the repair person did not arrive and we were told that he would come week after that. It has been 10 months now, the repair person has still not arrived and sofa condition has gone from bad to worse. Whenever we call them, they ask to talk to the person who sold us the sofa (Mr. Balu). When we call him he gives a standard reply that he would send someone next week, which has alluded us since 10 months now. Horrendous quality and post sales service. Avoid if you can.
