Hi, I have booked a gas connection from this agency today... And I am very much impressed by the Service given by the executives. It took only 15 minutes for me to complete the entire booking process and also the team promised to deliver the cylinder with in one day... Kudos to the entire HP team.

Pathetic service provider, they delivery guys are simply cheater they charge you 50 rupee extra and dont even provide any bill so that you will not be able to figure it out the actual amount at the time delivery. and I booked for refill on 9th Dec and till today 16th Dec their team giving me same excuse that my cylinder will be delivered tomorrow.

I too had good experience with the agency folks. They are fast and helpful. Delivery boys are irritating, argue, delay, threaten and ask for money and throw attitude. If they change the delivery boys they are going to be very good. I too am thinking of changing the agency for poor customer service. I hope you will take quick action.
