nagaradona kasyapPicked my call almost everytime. And the staff is friendly and efficient. Never had a cylinder delivered from them but had to visit their office due to a mixup while transferring my connection.

Ram MohanVisited this place to surrender my cousins Indane gas connection some time back. They purposefully do not pick customer calls. After trying to reach them over phone several times - unsuccessfully, I went in person to know the details of surrendering a gas connection. An admin lady asked me to get gas cylinders, regulator and copy of few documents. I submitted all of them and the whole process got over in less than 15 minutes. A word of caution - not related to the gas agency, road to this place from Wipro main gate is full of DANGEROUS patholes. Avaoid going in you own cars in this route.
