Ram MohanVisited this place to surrender my cousins Indane gas connection some time back. They purposefully do not pick customer calls. After trying to reach them over phone several times - unsuccessfully, I went in person to know the details of surrendering a gas connection. An admin lady asked me to get gas cylinders, regulator and copy of few documents. I submitted all of them and the whole process got over in less than 15 minutes. A word of caution - not related to the gas agency, road to this place from Wipro main gate is full of DANGEROUS patholes. Avaoid going in you own cars in this route.
