Balamurugan JeyachandranDecent. People there (some) can speak Tamil, Telugu and Hindi which is helpful. But mostly crowded on Saturday. Go on weekdays if possible. Sunday is Holiday and Saturday is up to 1pm I guess.

Sanjeev PanditService was quite good and I went for new connection. No problem of language if u know either hindi or English or Kannada . There is step wise process and not a big office, just 7 persons sitting that time (24th June 2017) and per person they are taking almost 20 minutes. In my connection, server was down, so they gave me all the accessories with bill and told me to report after 4-5 hrs. In short, everything done smoothly.

richa srivastavaThe service was good and office people were very good. Got new connection as committed by them. I faced problem only with the delivery man who charged me 80 rs extra for delivering the cylinder. He demanded those extra bucks as if govt was charging for delivery. I enquired about the same in the office and they accepted the complain. The delivery guy returned back to return the extra money he charged but was not ready to give me change. He was unhappy that I complained. So next time if the delivery guys do any such thing please do not hesitate to complain. We should not entertain such things. Indane gas service has no delivery charges. The rest of the process was extremely good and the staff in the office were very good.

Ajay RathoreAgency People are good but , there delivery guy dinesh is a goonda . He threatens and ask for extra money also bring other goonda with him to ask extra money. also never gives cash receipt and sometimes delivers broken seal cylinders.

sagar shrivastavaDelivery boy is too bad ....asking for extra money. If we do not give or less he is delaying the delivery. I am facing this almost all the time. Even the office guys has no control and resolution to this so does not matter whether they are good or bad.

Patel HardikProcess is good. But taking more money and they will not give receipt of extra charges. And when person come to refill gas they will ask extra money and if not given they will keep cylinder out side.
