Staff and their operating protocols are ignorant and arrogant. Deliveries have been missed and speed post packets lost in transit more than once. When approached with a query, you get the feeling that this is a personal favor done to you and you should be grateful for the service. It is sad to see a metro city branch undoing all the good work and tarnishing the reputation of a fine organization.
