Kokila ArumugamI will rate them zero. Poor customer service. They never keep their word. I have ordered list of vegetable, out of which ginger was out of stock but they have charged me money for that missed item and also they are not ready to refund my money or give ginger in next purchase. I have called many time regarding this problem to customer care service number, none was ready to solve the problem yet. Problem is not about the money it is about valuing customer, which is really bad. About their products, only picture in website seems to be fresh but vegetables never. Always sambar onion small and garlic were third quality really bad.

Suddha Satta RayWish I could give them a zero or negative rating for shining out as the "most incompetent retail business" in our area. They do not pick up calls 9 times out of 10 and never bother to return calls that were promised. Even if they pick by mistake (sic!), they forget that we had requested for an item (i.e. 20L water can refills) and blatantly tells that we had never requested anything from them in the first place. Its so astonishing that they advertise numbers on their bills, they never pick and makes false commitments they cannot fulfill. I wonder if they ever will be more accountable and professional with customers. A sad state of affairs! We customers deserve much better than this.

Lijesh MlrNever buy from them. My order not delivered for last 2 weeks.Been calling their call center for last 2 weeks without any resolution to the issue. Very pathetic customer service.
