Narayanan MangalathI went here looking for quality toys and found the ones I needed. I bought LeapFrog and Fischer price. Went to second floor and there were two north Indian sales guys who took care of me very well by searching for the stuff I was looking for. Even though they were not sure what I am asking for ! But I appreciate that. They directed me to ground floor and found the ones I needed. The customer attention in the ground floor is poor. No eye contact which is the case with all traditional stores. Indian stores needs to improve eye contact and learn how to interact with customers with a smile. That will shoot up their business as many does not know that!
