    One of the worst service apartment a that I have stayed in. They give you only two towels for a three- day stay and are very hesitant to give you any more. You have to dry the towels and reuse them. Only one bottle of water per day as complimentary and that would be a half liter bottle. Who the hell gives half a liter as complimentary. If you want more, you have to buy from them at 30 rupees per liter (MRP 15 ) and plus this bottle is from IRCTC lot. The charges for ironing changes based on who is there at reception. I was charged 30 rs for two shirts and then 45 rs for one shirt the next day. Breakfast is listed as free but I was charged for breakfast as well. Wi-Fi was down for the days I was there. They do not have a restaurant inhouse and so after you order food, though you are promised food within 40 mins, it arrives after 1.5 hrs because they have to run down to some nearby restaurant to get it. The rooms are not that bad, but could have been well maintained. Though I was listed for room 401, was given the smaller room 402. I found out about that much later, then lacked the energy to argue with them for that. Overall a bad experience and it is not even worth a single penny of the money you pay for the room and service. I will not wish it upon anyone till they improve their game.
