R S BhasinZero on quality of service, I had given my travel bag for repair & they changed zipper. Next time I went, they could not find my bag. I had to visit atleast 4 times, over 10 days before actual fault could be rectified. Super high on prices, not to include parking charges I had to pay at mall everytime !!

Nihit ChandraThey are just pathetic. I gave my shoe for mending and they took 1 week for the same and when I went there for picking up my shoe I saw that it was not yet ready. When I forced them to give me my shoe then they did it in front of me and I saw how badly they did it and yes they said that I have some months warranty for that and it came out in a month. Very very bad service and would not suggest any one to go for it

Jayeeta JoddarThey are duping clients. I had given a luggage for stand repair. They fixed it but they had damaged the handle with which the bag is pulled on wheels. We realised it only after coming home. They fix a part and damage another so that we go back to them. Their charges are very high with such poor service. I had also given a Highdesign bag and a Nine West bag merely for chain repairs. I had to travel after that so I got delayed in collecting it by 2 months. When I came to pick it up, they said the owner has changed so the bag is not traceable. Incidentally the front desk lady pulled her personal bag for taking her stuff. I recognised it to be my bag. So if clients get delayed in picking their bag Mr Pronto staff do not inform, they start using the bags for personal use. The Nine West bag they simply said is lost and did not try to find it. I am highly disappointed

Sai PrasanthWorst experience ever, Better try not to go here. I gave my shoe for sole attachment, finally the look of the shoe is completely gone. If I ask them about it saying some bla bla bla. Its with the shoe leather, it cant be possible, it will be like that. And After a weeks time I had to call them to inquire about my shoe status, They said they will reply me back in 10 minutes and did work after I call them after 3 hours. The work should be completed by Thursday, they did on saturday that too after I called them multiple times. Very Very bad service.

Pradeep Kumar PanneerselvamI was misguided with the reviews on the website. I gave the shoe for repair and they said 2 days. I have to call them 3 times after 2 days to get a commit. Finally when they said its ready and when I went there, they were just executing the job. I have to wait for 1hr (And i think thats all the time it takes to fix my shoe). I would have given 3 star, but I am giving 1 because, within 6 weeks, the sole came off again. I paid Rs.500 (Shoe prize is Rs 2000) for fixing the sole and it lasted only for 6 weeks... this is very bad. Either this shop is bad or the Whole of Pronto is horrible bad in service and standards.
