    For my new bed I was looking for a mattress that is neither too firm nor too soft. Since we were moving into our new apartment I didn’t have much time and I was hoping that I will get the mattress at least within a week. I mainly ordered Sunday as they were giving 100 night’s trial offer and were also using imported latex in their mattresses, which appealed to me. Not just the quality of their mattress but their service is also praiseworthy. The mattress was delivered the same day of placing the order. Excellent service and superb quality. Keep it up.

And based on my experience with Sunday Mattresses team, I can confidently say that this is nothing less than a world class experience in customer service and of course the product. Right from the time I logged on to their website, the way the team interacted with me, explained the pros and cons and made me realize the value of their service and product is outstanding! Coming to the product itself, I went with the Latex plus queen sized mattress based on my requirement. First thing that impressed me is the scheduled delivery time. Considering that they had to ship this to Hyderabad from Bangalore, I would have been fine even with a couple of days delay. But it was delivered in 3 days as committed, on time. Second most impressive aspect is the way it was packed. Top notch! Its been a while since I had the kind of comfortable sleep that I am experiencing using Sunday mattress. It took a day or two to adjust to the controlled comfort (controlled cause too much of comfort is not good for the back :)), but one that is done I look forward to lying down as soon as I reach home every day. My wife and kids too have certified this to be the best (now its been almost a month of me using the mattress). Three cheers to Sunday team and I recommend the mattress and their service 100% Pavan Chavali.
