Best Memory foam mattress that i have experienced so far. The pricing is extremely economical, even lower than what the unbranded vendors (who even does not understand difference between Memory and Super soft Foam). Further, the team is highly professional and know their business to the core. Overall it was great dealing with them and I agree to what they mention "CUTTING COSTS, NOT CORNERS". Best Mattress in the world. Enjoying it from 1 year, no complaints, full satisfaction. Great sleep at very reasonable price. 1000 times better then so called branded mattress. My advice - just go for it !

I am writing this review after 15 days of using the mattress. I came across multiple reviews on Amazon and on Google and thought this was a good product with genuine reviews. Looks like I got carried away by all the reviews I came across the product on Amazon and when I wrote to the seller, I was encouraged to buy the product directly on their website as the 30 day return was only applicable if purchased directly from their website and not if purchased from from Amazon. Delivery - the delivery experience was poor with the mattress being delivered in the form of a folded bundle. This reminded me of the way cheap movers and packers deliver furniture. Odour - I unpacked the mattress and was hit by a strong chemical odour. The company claims that they use some chemicals that bring down the odour, but this was not the case. In fact the mattress was stinking really bad that it smelt like a toxin. I called up the customer care and asked them to take the mattress back but they convinced me that I had to let the mattress air for a day. I let the mattress air for a few days in the bedroom, but slowly I felt that the smell was seeping into the curtains and other fabric in the room, so we dragged the mattress into the balcony and let it air it. That’s right, even after letting the mattress air for 7 days, the smell did not go away. In fact, the whole bedroom was filled with this smell. Eventually, we had to drag the mattress and let it air for a couple of days in the balcony. I read similar reviews about the mattress on other websites and even the company admits that the mattress smells initially, but they never told me that the smell was so bad and that it persists even for a week. Usability - When we started using the mattress, the mattress felt lumpy in some places and soft in other places. It just felt like a poor manufactured & cheap quality foam mattress. Heat - I specifically enquired with their customer care about heat issues that are common with all the memory foam mattresses, but I was told their foam is different and does not produce heat. In the end, I did not use the mattress that long to judge whether it retains heat or not, but going by all the reviews of memory foam mattress, there might issues there too. Given that I had bad experience until then, I decided to return the mattress. Their return process was unresponsive and it almost felt like I was begging them for money. After numerous follow ups and shouting over the telephone, I finally got my money back. I rate the company 3/5 for delivery, 1/5 for product, and 2/5 for return experience.

The mattress is really comfortable. Provides great support to the body. The delivery men did not charge anything extra and they opened the packaging also. I ordered a second one just because I wanted the same sleep quality in the other bedroom as well. The after sales service was also nice as I got a call regarding changing the direction of the mattress based on season

Very good Mattress at a budget price. Good packing and Installation. Much better than any other mattresses between 15 K to 20 K.
