I have tried to recharge the prepaid MTS datacard... money has been debited from my bank account.. but still data card has not been activated.. Okay Customer care guys told .."transaction has been failed please try again" I made the payment again after one day.. again transaction has been done but MTS datacard has not been activated... Is it a joke or something!! Two times I have lost the money..But still no activation.. not even an acknowledgement mentioning about refund....
