dinesh nI had an issue of a speedometer display fissures and fuel tank cover ceack within a week of taking delivery of Suzuki Gixxer 150 motorcycle. There were a few interactions about the issues. The tank cover was not replaced under warranty The speedometer issue was addressed very methodical and by the warranty standard operating procedures. The sales and the service head at Avanish Suzuki dealership were very interactive,rational and could reason out with their Suzuki service team counter parts and have the same addressed. I would like to go on record to appreciate the sincerity and integrity of the service team head supported by the customer focused sales team head in addressing these issues. I trust you shall continue to deliver on your commitments .

sunita kVery worst service centre, service centre mechanics do not have manners how to speak with customers. The lady who called me from service centre does not know how to talk to customers. Please give some training to your service centre employees, specially to the mechanics who takes the input from customer before the bike service. My bike has some problem I mentioned it in every service, they could not fix it.

Vinay LThey dont even deserve a single star. Pathetic attitude of sales team and the executive responsible for registration of vehicles. Their responses are irresponsible.They behave as though the customer has no other choice and are dependent on them. Please dont think that you are showing mercy on the customer. In the times where there is heavy competition and word of mouth communication is the biggest marketing channel Avanish Suzuki is still lagging behind.We are paying for the product and we expect minimum and proper response from you. Totally disappointed and unhappy.
