Better not to visit that showroom. ..very bad customer service....no value for the customers... none of the staff works properly there. Asked vespa for a test ride...He has given me a vehicle which has no fuel filled. Had to get the vehicle pulling all the way.. better to wave off that showroom on a serious note rather than loosing the bookings for the bikes from the customers.

Not enough responsive, very negligent and lazy and too stingy that they filled just 100 ml to my Aprilia on the day I bought it. Thank God there is a petrol bunk just nearby

You can expect the unexpected in this bike showroom and service center. Very poor customer service, no value for customers time and they gave me run around always and they are incompetent. I had to look for different dealer of Vespa/Aprilia. I wish we had multiple showroom/service center in and around Banashankari. Try for Lalbagh or Koramangala dealers.
