Very disappointed with the kind of service from this dealer. I have purchased a Maestro Edge scooter a year back. The exhaust on this scooter does not have heat shield / guard, because of this my wife burnt many cloths. Even after multiple complaint (including written one), the service manager did not bother till date. Also the plastic shield guard on the engine melted for some reason, again service manager mentioned that he will get it replaced (3 month ago), till date no action. The service support is pathetic and I strongly advice all the members to not buy any vehicles from this dealer and stay away from them.

One of the most horrible service in 10 years of my bike maintenance. They do what they want to do and never listen to our complaints that we have to tell them. 2nd time he says no spare is available. I asked him to just check the chain sprocket and he has not even lubricated the chain. They always have a reason why it is not fixed. Extremely disappointing service from them. The people who has given good ratings are most probably has not done any spare parts changed I guess. No Spare!! No Spare!! No Spare!! Alwaaayyyysss... Running a bike with faulty spares everyday in a bike is a pain which only a rider will understand.. (Everyday a annoying ride and should live with it)
