Rohan PBooked an appointment at 10.00 am to get my car serviced. I reached at 10.00 am and informed the receptionist about my appointment. I was requested to be seated and was informed that I would be attended to shortly. Waited for 45 minutes; following up twice if there was someone to attend to me so that I could get my service done, but was told to wait. Finally decided to leave as I was getting late and got a very bad feeling about this service centre. I had faced a lot of issues with this service centre two years back but thought that it has improved and decided to get my car serviced here since this is closer to my home. I was wrong! I hope the VW management looks into these type of issues and sorts them out to avoid inconvenience to their customers.

Sarthak SaksenaPathetic service and extremely overpriced. I came in for the 20,000 km service where they charged me 14k and claimed they had done a complete check. 15 days later the check engine light comes on. When I take it there they say the O2 sensor needs to be changed. Took them 15 days to change it. Once the car was back it hardly ran 10 days and the check engine light is on again with the same O2 sensor issue. They do a terrible job at everything including customer delight. There staff is not courtoues and then they call u up to solicit you into giving them a 10 rating. Pathetic. Never visiting here again.
