Ratheesh BabuI have read many negative comments on this place in the past, however, this is a place where I have had amazing experience every time I have walked in. The staff has been really cordial and warm, also the vehicle getting serviced in time. As others say I have so far never experienced any such incident where in I would have to loose my temper. Wonderful job guys. You deserve all the stars that I have given you. Great job guys...!

Kishor GanigaIts one of worst service center i ever met. Even small vendor will do wok properly if we pay same. They just take car inside and keep for a day. On my first Service i,e 7500km they told oil need to top up..How come new car to be top up?? Nobody ready to answer. Simply they charge for tht. Also i saw while washing car, and for other reason they take car here and there..tht was horrible, they drive like anything, I saw one guy was drifting the car to turn in corner place. People know how to give excuse..

Mahesh RavindranThis place is filled with at least 10 sales executives. But as soon as I entered the showroom, I was not greeted by anyone and I had to wait and run behind a few people to check about the car. I had to wait for 20 mins just to see the car with a sales executive. Moreover, the sales executives did not have proper knowledge about the vehicle as well. Overall, below average experience. However, I did purchase our car from VW Palace Cross showroom, where the service was excellent!

Prasanna Venkataramanan GanesanThe worst experience you will ever get. Waiting time for giving the car itself goes on forever. Then they will not deliver the car on the promised date / time as well. VW is a great car but their service sucks in front of every other car brand out there.

Sampige KumarGave my Vento for service on 8th. They took 40 minutes to take my vehicle even though I had booked an appointment. Somehow, one day service got extended to three days, no one calls up with proper information. At the end I got my vehicle back with grease smudges. None the better after service. Shabby treatment at the service center. Wake up VW. Vento is a great car with poor service support.
