Especially i hace never returned back without a smile from there, i got parts for the bike delivered way ahead of time and was updated with a call that the part has been delivered on time...

Better service than white field KTM service centre. Bring your bike before 2pm if you are coming on Saturday, after that they may not accept your bike due to more bike would be there in queue for servicing.

They are least interested in showing the vehicle or explaining the new features. More over he interested in collecting Rs.2000 booking amount.i think you should train your salesman how to attend customer.

Worst experience with ktm service ..2 months back I purchased duke 200 and now facing engine issue and again gears are getting stuck...no.proper trained service men...without checking they delivered the bike...feels like to burn the bike in front of showroom...
