sudharsan tcmEmployees are not responsible...They did not even check my complaint properly, not even an update from them for 24 hrs...I went thrice to follow up and more than 10 calls for the update... They returnef my bike after 72 hours... Atlfter the delay, they fought over for billing as time is 6:00 PM and billed the entire customer details wrongly...WORST

See below bills. I did service for one issue then after i went 4 times for some n exting issue . charged more then 20k

ranjith VSone of the worst service centers i have ever visited i had left my classic 350 for service and they had charged me 5000 rs for in which they said they have replaced something in disc break but after 10 days i took my vehicle the front wheel started making weird sounds while moving and i had taken it to the service and asked a supervisor for assistance and he d looked at the bike and said something is gone in the disk which need to be replaced and it will cost another 2500 and explained him that my bike had no problem before and i have already paid 5000 just a week ago and he was very arrogant at me and said to leave the place that was very rude and not a place to visit and the guys name is praveen he said ,if possible i would request management to remove him from the post .
