Rakshith VEverything is good. But before leaving the place just confirm once that whether all documents you have received or not, because they missed one important document (BS4 certificate). So -1*! •Service - Firstly they will make initial checks & note them. Later ask you for any complaints. Then take for service, which I felt happy. If you leave your vehicle before 10 AM you will get vehicle the same day else next day.

Aviral GuptaI brought a Suzuki access 125, very limited option they were having as I am in but hurry. I pick my vehicle in late evening, next morning I found some scratch on back grab rail, I went there and ask to replace every one saying no finally I decided to go to some manager, he easily accepted and ask their people to change. But if you find something wrong with your vehicle, to get it done you have to proof your issue then only they will rectify. My suggestion check your vehicle properly before taking to home, even take a test drive.

Anand PrabhuThey asks to come and makes to wait for hrs and daringly says this person is waiting from 2hrs. As I am not asking them to make it quick or am not saying them do it immediately. At least they have to address the customer n say it will take time there are less employees then I would ve waited or would ve come back later. Anyways hope for future better service n support. All the best.

praveen kumarI have taken access last August – 2017 in NINE STAR SUZUKI (HOSUR ROAD, BENGALURU) and within couple of months I am facing SELFSTARTING ISSUE (IT WILL NOT START) for which I have informed service center guys to solve it during my First Service but they have not resolved it. while I was riding home after my first service in the middle of my journey again I faced the same issue (I had stopped in between and again I was trying to start the access by self and kickstart but both were not working, immediately I called up service center guys and informed about it they said to bring it again... luckily after trying for 30m it got started with kickstart) and from that time onwards I faced that issue many times… but I couldn’t go to Service Center due to my busy schedule. For the second service, instead of going to 9star Service Center I had been to APPLE SERVICE CENTER BUT ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED. So, again I have taken my vehicle to 9STAR the 3rd service and asked them why it was not resolved, they said it was fine when we repaired and we cannot give guarantee about the issue…that to not in a convincing manner. Somehow, I kept my vehicle in the service center for their observation they give me that Vehicle after 1 and ½ day and seems up to 10days it was running good and then after that again (SELF START IS NOT WORKING AND KICKSTART WILL WORK AFTER TRYING FOR MANY TIMES), again due to my busy schedule I wasn’t able to take it for the repair. Today I went to them for the 4th service and I had asked them why it is not resolved… again I have got an update like we tried our best and we cannot assure you in an impolite manner (both Manager and Workers answered in the same way). Again, they asked me to keep the vehicle for TWO DAYS OBSERVATION. Not sure how many times this will be repeated. It’s very irritating (wasted my MONEY AND TIME) and I had lost trust on Suzuki with this issue and that too within a Year of Purchase. It’s just ridiculous and can’t be tolerable at all. Some assistance from SUZUKI IS MUCH APPRECIATED. Waiting for your update on this. Also, my suggestion is you would need to keep an eye with the service center’s commitment in clearing the vehicle’s problems. Otherwise, it will be a problem for the CUSTOMERS and SUZUKI BRAND VALUE.
