When I first came to Bangalore, I visited this Museum. It is really Amazing. There are 5 floors in that Museum and they have Show cases different things on different floors. When you enter you will find the contraption of Ball which I was never seen. I cannot express my feeling by words when I saw that in Museum. Better to keep it surprise to all of you. I saw the sample of First IBM Computers, old watch, etc. Most of the College students visit this Museum. When I was there one College Tour from Maharashtra came to see this Museum. Last but not the list the cost in also less. When I was visit in 2015, it was cost around Rs. 60. I am not sure now that they would have increase cost or not. Its Really Amazing Place to Visit. Never Miss it.

A must visit place for science lovers and knowledge seekers especially students. Get a chance to learn different aspects of science in a very interactive and funny way. You get to see different engines and machines that forms the base for modern day technology, an interactive flight simulation model of Wright Brothers, fundamental principles of of electricity, electronics and communication, fluid mechanics, sound and optics science, pulley system, ball contraption and many more interesting stuff. The museum can be made more informative though, and there is always room for improvements - important part is maintenance, keeping models in working conditions as at present many are not.

The beauty of VITM is they have devised very simple experiments(which you can perform!) to understand scientific principles! A treasure trove of knowledge to be explored with patience and time if you are interested in electrical, electronics, industrial tools and biology. Take your kids at an age they can understand basic science and explain the items to them so their scientific curiosity might be ignited! The space technology are is under renovation for a long time. Hope it will be reopened soon.

Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum is really a great destination for kids and for grownups for the purpose of Educational, exploration and Fun. it was a special family day, we spent almost 4 hours there as we took lunch in their restaurant in the roof. I did personally learned something new despite that i am in my 33 year but i did benefit from this visit, I did get new and correct some physics concepts. I really recommend visiting this Scientific edifice with family.

Perfect for a day out with your kids. Tickets is for Rs 50. Kids below 6 are free. It gets crowded during school holidays. The place has 5 floors with a canteen at the top floor (which needs an upgrade). The place is good for adolescent kids who have just started to learn science. The place is well connected. There are toilets and wifi is through an app which does not works very well. Over all value for money.
