Teaching method is very structured and in accordance with the fundamental principles of western music. The teacher (Mr. Balan) is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist himself. He is also adamant about giving personal attention to each student, and allows only 2 students per batch. No commercial inclinations here. One can really get to learn in a pure way, if they are serious and willing to match up to the commitment of the teacher.

I am a medical student who has been a part of DO RE MI School of Music for about two years and thanks to Mr. Raj Balan, I can confidently say that I have a skill which is not easily attainable by all. Not only has he sharpened my mind and bestowed me with the wonderful language of music but he has also made me confident of my talents and helped me showcase them. Thanks to him, I am appearing for my Grade Two practical exam and I can proudly call myself his student. I recommend all those who are interested in learning authentic music to go to DO RE MI School of Music.
