My son and daughter have been doing piano lesson with Thriveni for a few months now. Before we hired her for private lessons we had a piano teacher for about four years that was concentrating on the music part of the lessons teaching two or sometimes three short songs at the time with little technique and dynamics teaching. After the first lesson with Thriveni we started seeing and listening a big difference. On day once she corrected their seating and hand position on the piano so my kids had to adjust to that for a few weeks but once they got it their piano playing became much more enjoyable and easy. she teaches my kids piano playing, music theory and history and gives them little tests. So far we are very happy with Thriveni, she is very patient with my kids, she keeps on working on the same songs until my kids get it right, and by right I mean the right dynamics and rhythm. My family has some music background and training and when I met Thriveni I knew she was the right teacher for my kids. She teaches music and she is also a Composer, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. We are so very lucky to have Thriveni as our piano teacher and we highly recommend her.
