My experience was pretty hassle free. I guess people write reviews only when they have issues. Timings are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. It is usually not too crowded. There is paid car parking available just beside the building.

Front desk executives are polite and helpful. The back office data entry staff are mediocre and dumb. They often make wrong entries while processing your applications and you get to know only after everything is processed and statements are generated at which point there is no chance of reversal. So you need to run behind them multiple times to get them sorted.
