Wrost services and customer care . I booked service and when I reached venue they said it is closed and cancel the appointment. When I called customer care no was not reachable and busy always. Very bad experience and will never recommend to this.

Had made a booking at GoSpa Citrus Cunningham Road a month ago. Unfortunately the Spa had no intimation of the booking in advance from GoMalon and hence I had to wait about 20 min before the therapy could start. However, the spa service was good. Will definitely make future bookings thru GoMalon at other locations. Keeping my fingers crossed It will help if other locations are added by GoMalon
