bhavya guptaI was very disappointed to have a hair cut at this place. I had chosen a senior hairstylist, yet he did not justify the work. He had failed to understand the styling requirement. Over that he kept on asking me to go for straightening treatment. I am huge fan of wavy and curl hair. Told him that, i want to keep the wavy hair, in-spite of me telling that, he simply kept on asking me to go for straightening treatment. I asked him to show few styles for the hair cut he had given. He asked me to go and watch youtube. Seriously how some one can be so rude. If i had to watch youtube to do some styling, didnt he think the same that i could have watched the youtube and done the hair cut for myself. I would not recommend this place.

Rhea ThomasJCB was one of the best hair salon in Bangalore and have been going for the past 3 years. But last year one of the stylist ruined my hair after which a senior stylist had to come and fix it. Yesterday I Called upto almost 6 times to make an appointment to which the receptionist said she would call me back in 5 mins but she never bothered. Again I had to call her up and request for an appointment, to which she promised she would call me back again but no calls. I would definitely say they lost a loyal customer and will never recommend it to any of my friends.

nina ramannaWent for a hair wash and blowdry. I keep asking her to use a towel after the shampoo to soak in the excess water but she did not. As a result I Walked out with my shirt and collar completely wet and soaking. Very inexperience staff.
