She is a very down to earth nutritionist. She is able to keep sight on how a day to day is for someone and apply her nutrition lessons to that scenario. With her help, I was able to get rid of this idea of nutrition being something unreacheable to it becoming a part of my everyday routine. As well I am no longer focused on the numbers in the scale but rather the energy, strength and feeling I get from eating properly and exercising!
