Absolutely abominable after sales customer service from the district manager and senior management. They sold me the most expensive lenses which had a design defect and the glass broke FOR THE SECOND TIME at the point of screw insertion. The senior management refused to even call me back as they knew they were guilty....did not even honor their warranty
