Snehal AcharekarI shifted with my family from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 29th May 2016. We had a very very bad experience with the service. They damaged almost every big items, some items were lost and broken in there warehouse. Few items which were damage - Fridge got a dent, TV case was broken, TV showcase was broken, Bike front panel was damage, Mandir was damage, Dinning Table chair were damage, Soft were broken, Two beds were having scratches, kitchens items boxes were all open, Computer table was lost and it seems it was broken in their warehouse. Many other small items were missing. They were not ready to unload the items from vehicle and deliver at home until full payment was given. Thou almost 95% payment was already given at the time of loading at Bangalore. They did not deliver the items on the date as promised and after multiple follow up and rude behaviour they delivered the items and that too late night at 10:00pm and all items reached in the house at midnight. The people on the phone were non co-operative and after telling them if they do not deliver the items we will do a police complaint, they were telling to go an do a complaint. Due to this all I was too angry and even used abuse words to put some pressure but they were not at all bothered. VERY VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. All items in the vehicle were just thrown any home. I would not suggest anyone to use this service ever again. I had done an insurance with them but they never bothered to return any money for the damaged goods and later stopped picking the call both at Bangalore and Hyderbad. They are just finding some local vehicle and managing stuff. This was one of the bad experience I ever had in my life regarding service. Strongly DO NOT Recommend to use this service.
