Extremely rude receptionist. On call and when I visited for scan. Illogical explanation and need to learn how to talk to customers.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist was damn rude. She asked us to come @6:30 sharp and then no token was given to us. Patients after us were getting call for scanning but we were just sittong for half hour Later after complaining thrice .. we were called. People at sanjee commit false timings

Not professional service. Would have given zero rating if that option is available. Took a appointment and after waiting for 2hrs also did not able get the scan done .. Still 3 more people left to scanned ... came out of the center witout doing scan ..totally disappointed. What is use of taking appointment when you need to wait more than 2hrs? Staff response in the center was also not professional

Awesome diagnostic center in Jayanagar with facilities like cardiology, radiology, ultrasound etc. Staff are very courteous and friendly.

Although the doctors are good. They never come on time. Worst helpdesk they take appointments from 9.00 but doctor arrives at 10.00After all appointment schedule was never followed. They just send people on first come first basis
