1.Reasonable price 2.I have seen completed projects from this builder found all ok 3.Project is having very good spacing and all amenities 4.OC/CC is available 5.No common wall means good ventilation 6.100 feet road is coming up in front of this project which will connect ORR to peripheral Ring road 7.Houses are vastu compliant 8.Location advantage ,good investment ,buyer will get good rent here 9.If someone is thinking builder is quoting less price for this property only I would like to tell that he had sold previous properties in reasonable prices this I have confirmed personally

i was visited oak garden 1 week back am planing for booking but wen am checking the locality i was found huge grave yard near to innovative oak garden and big big electrical towers also there and that towers are crossed on the swimming pool will get problems in future for this reason am drop the plan apart from this price and legal are fine regards pakshunath
