Singamsetty SaiKiranGood place to workout, good equipment and enough cardio machines to worm up. The gym is established and set up very nicely, with huge and separate space for ground exercises. They organise group and outdoor workout one or twice in a month which is quite refreshing and unique in its own way. Very reasonably priced and pretty decent place to work out with plenty of trainers to monitor.

Well trained trainers who understand your body type and prepare a workout routine which will be designed only for you. Diet as per your needs and convenience. Not only on fat loss or muscle gain, trainers focus on flexibility and functional aspect of the body as well. I myself have noticed significant changes in my body in a short period of 3 months. Thanks to my trainer Manju, who has been helping me achieve my goals. Guides me in each and every step, explains the benefits of each exercise and the science behind it. Awesome trainer. Finally, a great place to workout. Will definitely recommend !

His focus is on building strength and muscle memory rather than simply pumping weights. Highly recommended for folks who want to lose weight and increase lean muscle mass.
