    As a person who wants to learn and practice Pilates I am happy I found this place. The only studio in India who follows Classical Pilates method. The best thing about this studio is the uncompromising attitude of teachers when it comes to the quality and technique. Under the guidance of these highly qualified and experienced teachers each workout session is very challenging. And I find myself looking forward to the next session with eagerness. Pilates is an exercise method which combines the wellness of body and mind in its true sense. It is like taking an insurance for your body, and Pilates for wellbeing is the right place to practice it with all its authenticity.

    I would highly recommend this place cause of Ms Kavitha who is well qualified and her zeal for Pilates . She makes you feel empowered and carefully designs every session according to the individual needs .

    The only classical Pilates studio in India! Great equipment specially imported from the USA, and the most highly trained instructors in the industry. The space itself is very professionally and aesthetically arranged, and the studio manager is very efficient in helping with scheduling. Definitely the best place to try Pilates!

    Pilates for Wellbeing did a great first consultation to understand my strengths and weaknesses. It seemed so simple to correct the small mistakes in my posture that could possibly be detrimental to my long term health and well being. (For example: changing the way I used to bunch up my shoulders when sitting at my desk etc.) Also - it was a revelation to learn that there is the right way to bend down while standing and the right way to sit, stand, and walk - even though I had been doing exercises and workouts all my life - No one had been so clear in what I had to do to be careful and smart in my own body. I feel no other fitness regime actually concentrates on the "Getting-It-Right" so much as Classical Pilates does. There is also your mind that needs to completely focus on all the exercises you are doing - thereby increasing concentration and a beautiful new relationship with your own body! Loved the feeling of knowing that I have done everything to push a particular area of my body as much as it can go.

    I have done Stott Pilates before but Classical Pilates is NOT the same. I am so glad I gave this a shot and when you have an instructor like Kavitha you will not regret it. Both Jill and Kavitha are extremely lovely and patient yet tough and make sure you give the class your 100 % . Kavitha keeps the classes very exciting and its always different everytime .At pilates for wellbeing its not just about toning up or losing weight but Kavitha will follow-up and design your program according to any injury/disability you have. To top it all the space is very well maintained and beautifully designed.
