    Horrible service. I had asked for a repair on my cctv power adaptor. The technician assured me of no further problems if had changed the adaptor. But the same issue i am facing after 30 days. The customer care center is blaming the vendor and the vendor is out of station for 7 days. These people want only money they play the fool with the customer once they receive service amount. I would never recommend BRO4 U to anyone.

    I had my two vehicles serviced from bro4u. The service was very bad and after service support is much more than bad. I got at least 5 calls saying they are coming but none came. Bro4u is also not very customer friendly...Overall this has been one very bad experience.

    Bro4u empanelled unprofessional team members. Customer has to run pillar to post and chase the service provider. workers wont pick the call and least bothered to render the service. hopeless service.
