Corrupt - How it works? Once a towed vehicle is brought here, you will wait for an average 4-5 hours before getting your vehicle released. The contracted staff will keep telling you that the Inspector will take 2 hr. to come and issue the challan. The PS does have the device but NO, we will have to wait till the Inspector comes to the PS. During the 4-5 hours the the contract people will keep telling you to pay without challan and take your vehicle. In 4-5 hr. most people will pay without challan and the money goes down the blackhole....
