The store just for name sake. Not much work is happening there, always have some reason or the other for the delay in any kind of applications. When my phone got stolen and i wanted to take a duplicate sim, i approached them, though they gave the sim immediately it took over a week to activate it.. had to visit them daily just to hear that the server is down or something and the application is not forwarded..my second sim DOCOMO on the other hand gave the sim and got activated within 15mins... After few months i decided to switch to prepaid, and well again, they dont have prepaid application forms.. same story for 3 days..what kind of a sim store is it ,if they dont have a new sim application form.. better to close it down rather than disappointing customers who goes there..
