Third class people, cheater and liar. that is what describe them. the sales person in Richmond office has no sense of talking with customer. first they ask me to come to Richmond office as all the other offices are getting closed and then they said who asked to come here sir. ridiculous people. then they are saying they cannot repair my newly purchased laptop charger because invoice copy is not present and they cannot even trace it through the bar code. then i asked ok take money and repair it. so the sales person replied "LAPTOP charges cannot be repaired at all". but i know i have repaired the other charger before at other places. NOW they are simply rejecting to do anything. lost my money. please do not purchase anything from sogo, they are just cheating
