They initially said they have invested in it, but even after 8 years, the layout is in pathetic condition. Many 5-star reviews here are by the aashritha themselves. (08/17/2017) To the Owner: I have mentioned the issue very clearly. Develop the Kemp City layout as assured to us. You mentioned Vijaybaskar Reddy of Vaibhava Developers to be your partner at the time of selling the layout. Now, do not wash your hands.
