    Booked a Apartment here, staff is friendly and they are providing timely updates wrt status of the project. Apartment looks very promising and is located in the prime location. Having said that apartment construction was supposed to be completed by April/May 2017, now dates are pushed to Jan 2018. Hopefully they keep their word and will be handed over soon.

    Transaction was very smooth. Got legal clearance from my lawyer. Shriram people were very cooperative in giving all the required documents. I hope they deliver as promised.

    Have purchased a flat in Shriram properties in 2013. The construction started only late 2014. As per the agreement the possession was to happen last month (December 2016). The agreement has 6 months of grace period I.e. up to June 2017. In reality, the construction is still at "slab incomplete" for few towers. Last year the work was almost stopped for 8 months. Revised possession date is now March -2018. This is almost another 12 months delay.

    The apartment is located very close to the IT hub in e-city. Though the construction is taking a long time but the project quality looks promising

    Project plan on paper and location is great , however there is considerable delay in completion timeline which is resulting in agony and frustration for a large set of hopeful customer , hopefully the revised timeline of feb 2018 and thereafter will be met

    Absolute nightmare. Delay , delay and delay. Zero planning. No commitment shown for working towards possession. No progress for the past 1.5 years. Management is least bothered about the delay and the plan which is being provided does not have any sanctity. It changes every now and then, management does not take ownership about these delays and plays blame game on external events like Demonitization. You will not receive any relevant replies from the management team across the board. Agreement is one sided. It will not fetch the buyer a penny for any adverse scenarios. There are tons of small builders who can do a much better job than Shriram Properties. Signing an agreement is nothing less than burning your hard earned money. Learned it the hard way. Go and book a flat only if you want to loose peace of mind and sleep. Only worth for "zero star" as review, unfortunately google does not allow me to post the review without atleast a "single star"

    Delay delay and delay. Project is going to be at least 1.5 yrs delayed. and Shriram has mastered the art of delaying all their projects. Invest in their properties if you want to throw your money and effort and want constant headaches.

    These guys are cheaters. Booked a flat in 2013 with a promised delivery of 2016 begining, then they dealyed the lauch citing necessary approvals. Then they stopped construction for more than a year after taking 80% money. They latched into demonetisation to not pay the penalty to buyrs. Now they are not even communicating any completion date. DO NOT BOOK ANY FLAT WITH SHRIRAM FOR ANY PROJECTS.
