Poor service. Only one counter working. Very slow in response. This branch have one customer point center outside the branch where they do take cash deposit. Do not deposit there as they charge rs 100 upto 20k deposit. They will not even inform you and there is no charges information available. It will be deducted directly and also will not reflect in statement. Beware as it may be going in there pocket.

People dont have clarity of what needs to be done and how. Understaffed and long waiting times for even small tasks

Too understaffed. Too slow. The branch does not have a card swiping facility for issuance of DD/Bankers Cheque Apart, nobody speaks the local language, Kannada which is an inconvenience.

Wish I could give negative rating. Staff is rude and irresponsive. Out of 4 windows only 1 window had working staff. Worst sbi service ever.
