Hardik JoshiHope there was a -1 or 0 stars. The guy who came to repair was really rude. Told lies about the product he installed. Gave a broken door for refrigerator freezer. And convinced my family members that it comes like that only. No packing. Did not give a bill. The owner/who ever represents Mr. Khan. Did receive calls but did not return back with any resolution. Even though I call called a pleaded for 3-4 times. Do not call them. If you have better experience then this you are lucky.

lynette Kapingworst!! Low Level Concern. For the first service they came very promptly . They repaired fridge, said they are two defects we need to replaced the parts paid them in full. After a week we are facing the same problem , it has been a week-calling them more than twice everyday , no service till date.

chiranjeet gangulyThey repaired the faulty compressor and timer of our BPL fridge saying it has a 6 month warranty and charged us. However, there was no receipt of the same. it has been 3 months and its gone crashing again. Repeated calls to the people end up in answers like "My sales area has been changed and My area is now Marathalli", basically excuses not to do customer service. And the new repair guy says its due to the faulty parts which were replaced with local brands. Cheat and very bad service. Called them morning and night and everytime they have some excuses in place.
