    1. They are not at all professional. Visited multiple times for the same work (Mutual Fund investment) but except excuses no work done. 2. Response is not at all satisfactory. They just give silly excuses. 3. Not a customer friendly environment. 4. No response on Phone/Call. They just drop or reject the call. Even one start is more than enough for the feedback. Now really thinking to discontinue all the services from HDFC bank.

    The representatives are very irresponsible and inexperienced here. I hold a salary account and wanted to update my name. They said i need to get a letter from HR with changed name. When i came back after a week with the letter, they said its not required. Pathetic customer service.

    All other banks complete transaction either online or telebanking. All requests has to be done manually by downloading forms and submit the fully filled and duly signed at the branch
