Post sales service is poor. I ourchased a high cost wooden bed from them and now even when my 6 yrs old kid sits on it, it gives irritating sound. We visited the store and reported this issue. So far no one came to fit it properly. Looks like i have to hire a carpenter to fix this one month old bed.
