Nikhil BhattarOrdered a Teak Wood bed from Wooden Street. The team at Wooden street was very helpful in helping me customize the design as per my requirements. The end product was a beautiful piece of furniture, with high quality finish, both internally and externally. The delivery/installation team was very professional. Installation was done within an hour. It was an added advantage that they have a warehouse where I could go and see the quality of furniture manufactured by them. The only negative was that the order took 2 months to be delivered. however, I feel it was totally worth the wait.

Pooja Rathorefurniture is very attractive,antique and good quality. lot of variations in designs. attenders are polite n nice.we love the designs.we were particular about bar only n visited many online sites n finally we got our desire on wooden street. n finally happy to get our product.

Poorvi DasLatest Update: Mr Harshvardhan from Wooden Street reached out to us and offered us alternatives to the product we bought. We chose another shoe shelf which will be delivered to us in the next few days. So I believe they are trying to rectify the issue to our satisfaction. _____________________ Buying from Wooden Street has been a pretty disappointing experience. First they take a long long long time to send your product. After which, in both times that we have placed an order, there has been a defect in the handle or door. In one case they sent us the wrong design as was shown on their website and refused to take the product back on account of it. I do not recommend buying from them after experiencing poor customer service and negligence in the quality of the product ordered.
