Bhargav Bucky"Arrogance level 5" I gave my yonex bat for regutting at 5:30 pm nd the person in the store told me that he will give me the finished product by 6 pm i specifically asked when they close the store nd was told that they close it by 9 came down to d store at 8:45 nd to my duprise the person behind d counter started arguing that it was said tomorrow 6pm u didnot here it properly, very arrogant staff nd manager one apology saying it will be delayed would have done great deal but instead the manager was pusbing the blame stating i mis understood them bt there was not even a single time d word tomorrow was mentioned a little argument nd d manager was lik i will refund d money!
