ananda rajA very big thumbs up to them. I have been an avid football player and till date continue practicing it along with my profession as a Doctor. Nov 2016 I had a hamstring (semi membranous to be precise) injury. After which I underwent 4weeks of physiotherapy. Later I was supposed to work on strengthening of the muscle. I enrolled in a couple of gyms but was appalled by the lack of incomplete training knowledge. Later I figured out Redcage, went there and discussed and got started. Best part is they know what is required and very sound scientific inputs and incorporation during training. Now I am back to my game. Best part is I feel much better now in terms of endurance and lasting in good condition on the field, without any worries of the old nagging hamstring issue. A big thanks to the Redcage team.

Meera JagadishIt has been a fantastic 4 months here!! I came here looking for aerobics, but got to know the importance of training the whole system. I took it up and have no regrets. Right now I can see a big difference in my day-to-day activity level. Best part is I now can play badminton with my daughter on the weekends and not worry about a tired mind and body the next day!!

T. R. RameshI had a lumbar issue due to wrong spotting in a gym. Later I had to undergone treatment/rest. Post that got in touch with Redcage and slowly started on form rectification and slow strengthening. Now I am confidently back to good old squatting days with much better form. I plan to compete in powerlifting meet sometime this year with the Redcage team. Also, equipments like reverse hyper, safety squat bar, helped in strengthening. Definitely one of the best gyms in Bangalore for a hard core workout!!!
