The worst company who promise to give the service but fail to do so giving very silly reason. If used for inventory and vat calculations i will promise you will loose all your money. Lot of problems in the Saral Billing Software. - No proper calculations. - The so called manager who is useless dont handle any of our query. - People who work there are so dumb and cannot understand whats the risk we bare when something goes wrong technically. - Very unprofessional people in the whole company we have gone through lot of trouble and loss relying on this software. - Worst Service and the worst technical team, useless managers, unworthy people sitting there without giving any sort of support.

This Vendor only fit for only specific Pay roll package and if any employer is looking for some full fledged requirement in the pay roll ,then this software vendor may not be suitable. We had worst experience in terms of handling this Rel yon payroll integrated packages and online support from this vendor. This software vendor is not very informative and there is no proactive support.
