Lata ChavanHell with this service. Sent a wrong car, wrong driver and more over looted us. Guys never ever try the cab from these ppl. They are just looting. Pathetic condition of the cab and irritating driver just ruined over journey. And now these customer care ppl are disconnecting the calls when we are trying to complaint about the service. They shd better shut down this business atleast by seeing the reviews.

Vijay KumarHighly unprofessional service. Drivers too r cheaters,so be alert and always keep track of meter reading and timings. Comfirm evrything before boarding. Not at all recomended.

Anita JasWorst experience ever!!! These people have no work ethics and can put you into trouble quite happily and extravagantly. While I kept on calling the customer care to inquire the arrival of the cab , they assured me with great certainty that the cab was on the way. It was only half an hour past the pick up time I was told "Sorry Madam No drivers". I had my CAT Exam that day. Never prefer to travel via this agency!!!

Ideal Home Resident AssociationI HAD BOOKED TAXI ON 18th for evening 10/15 to go to airport from RR Nagar. It was acknoledged but taxi didnt arrive. only after my complaint they have sent by.10/50. It appears agency is not dependable.

Amit GiriaOne of the poorest and worst ever customer service.. people are illiterate working here including the female staff... These guys should not be given a single rupee business.... I would say these guys are not having sense of talking and managing with customers and situations.. Just waste...
